Steps to Book a Picnic

1.) Fill out an Inquiry Form  

After reviewing your submission, please allow 24-48 hours to respond. And Yes, I'll get back to you :) Please include all details about your picnic or event coming up.  Weekend availability is limited, and we want to accommodate for your event needs. 

2.) Communication & Deposit 

When reviewing inquiry, I will send you a quote via email.  I will email you an itemized invoice when we have agreed which event package you are moving forward with and any additional add-ons you requested/customizations.

3.) You're all set & let's get to planning!

Picnic packages: 72 hours prior, we will send you any additional details regarding your special event. On the day of your picnic, I will give you a text on details with a pin location 1 hour prior if at a public location. 

Event planning services: Weekly communication on event details leading to event date.
